1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using the Opekhya application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Ordering and Delivery

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Opekhya is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they reach the "Processing" or "Shipped" status.

4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

  Use the app for any illegal purpose.

  Attempt to bypass security features or access data not intended for you.

  Provide false location data or impersonate others.

5. Limitation of Liability Opekhya and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Assam, India.
